Home Orientation Walkthrough
Before you move in, you’ll receive a personalized home orientation led by our Customer Experience Team. During this walkthrough, we’ll guide you through each room and system in your home, explain key maintenance routines, and answer any questions. It’s the first step in building a transparent and supportive relationship with your Veev Care Team.

Move-In Day
On closing day, we’ll welcome you home with more than just a set of keys. Our team will:
- Review any outstanding items from your orientation
- Explain your limited warranty coverage and how to submit service requests
- Share tips for routine home maintenance
- Help update your home’s access codes
We’re here to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.

Ongoing Support & Courtesy Services
Our commitment to you doesn’t end at move-in. Veev offers a series of courtesy check-ins and services during your first year of homeownership, designed to give you peace of mind and keep your home in top shape.
You’ll hear from us at 30 days, 5 months, and 10 months after closing to:
- Review any warranty or maintenance concerns
- Offer home care guidance
- Conduct general system checks
