2. Initial Consultation

Once your homesite fit is confirmed, we’ll schedule an initial consultation to review the process and pricing.
3. Agreement & Deposit

Ready to start? After your review of the pricing and proposal, a signed agreement and deposit will get our build underway!
4. Entitlements & Planning

We will submit the plans for approval and manage the follow-up process until the permit is awarded.
5. Land Development

During land development, Veev will demolish existing structures, perform necessary grading, and install all utilities.
6. Home Construction

We deliver our factory-built panels to the site, lift them into place with a crane, and assemble them to quickly erect the home.
7. Move-In & Celebrate

Speedy construction means it’s already time to celebrate move-in day in your new Veev home!

SB 684—Multiply Multi-Family Lots
SB 684 empowers property owners in multi-family zones to divide larger parcels into smaller ones—up to ten lots.

SB 1123—Bring New Life to Vacant Land
SB 1123 extends SB 684 to include vacant lots in single-family zones (up to 1.5 acres) and parcels near jobs, schools, and transit.

How much does it cost?
After your no-cost evaluation, we provide a personalized estimate. Your price is locked at contract so you know your commitment up front.
How long does it take?
After permits, the on-site construction phase is typically 3-4 months, with overall delivery 4-6 months from permit approval.
Can I change the floor plan?
Model X is pre-engineered to deliver speed, consistency, and price certainty, so structural changes aren’t available.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes—1-year fit & finish and 10-year structural coverage.
What is required to pull the permits?
With your cooperation with signing documents as the property owner, Veev will seamlessly work with the appropriate jurisdictional bodies, utilities and fire department to acquire the appropriate permits and approvals.
How are wall panels delivered to my homesite?
Veev will coordinate logistics for the delivery of walls in shipping containers by trucks to your homesite. Trucks and containers are delivered and immediately unloaded. Neither trucks nor containers will be on your homesite overnight.
Where do you place the crane?
The crane is delivered and placed on your homesite after the foundation has been installed. Assembly of your home takes about 2 weeks and is the approximate length of time a crane will be on your homesite.
Does your home work on a well or septic system?
Yes, Veev homes can connect to well water and/or septic systems. We will work the appropriate professionals to connect to existing systems.
What materials are used in your walls?
Our walls use conventional materials for either residential or commercial construction. Framing uses steel studs. Interior walls use typical drywall materials and exterior walls are installed fully insulated and with waterproofing materials.
If I am looking to purchase a lot, will Veev provide an analysis to construct a home on a homesite I don’t own?
Yes. We will work with you to conduct a thorough analysis before you purchase the homesite and give you peace of mind we can build a home on your future homesite.
