Wall to Wall, LLC dba Veev (“Veev” “us” or “our” or “we”) values your privacy. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain through our website (the “Site”) and other online and offline offerings, and the services available therein (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting the Site or otherwise using the Services, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, are subject to this Policy and our Terms of Use, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. The Veev Terms of Use are incorporated by reference into this Policy.

How Your Personal Information is Collected

We collect most of this personal information directly from you—in person, by telephone, text or email www.veev.com. However, we may also collect information from the following categories of sources cookies on our website.

The Information We Collect About You

We collect information about you directly from you and from third parties, as well as automatically through your use of our Site or Services. Generally, we collect the following information from or about you:

Contact and Demographic Information. We may collect your name, contact information, demographic details, property address, and other information through the Services; We may keep this information and combine it with other information we collect about your activities on and use of our Services.

Site Activities. We may collect information about your activities on the Site, apps, and your use of the Services.

Other Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect information about your use of our Site or Services through cookies, including your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your activities within the apps; date and time stamp, and the length of time you visit our Site, or are logged in or use our Services; your IP address; the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site; device ID; device name and model; location and language information. How We Use Your Information

We use your information, including your personal information, for the following purposes:

  • Auditing related to counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance with this specification and other standards;
  • Helping to ensure security and integrity to the extent the use of the consumer’s personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate for these purposes;
  • Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
  • Short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, non-personalized advertising shown as part of a consumer’s current interaction with the business, provided the consumer’s personal information is not disclosed to another third party and is not used to build a profile about the consumer or otherwise alter the consumer’s experience outside the current interaction with the business;
  • Providing advertising and marketing services, except for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the consumer;
  • Undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration;
  • Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by the business, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by the business;
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;
  • For our legitimate interests or those of a third party; or
  • Where you have given consent.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your information, including personal information, as follows:

  • Affiliates. We may disclose the information we collect from you to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information will be subject to this Policy.
  • Business Transfers. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company.
  • In Response to Legal Process. We also may disclose the information we collect from you in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena.
  • To Protect Us and Others. We also may disclose the information we collect from you where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use or this Policy, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
  • Aggregate and De-Identified Information. We may share aggregate or de- identified information about users with third parties for marketing, advertising, research or similar purposes.

Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We and our third party service providers may use cookies, web beacons, java, and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Services. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you (and our third party service providers may do so on our behalf).

Do-Not-Track. Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests.

You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this section (e.g., by disabling cookies).

Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Site and Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow us to track your activities at our Site and Services. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Some features of our Site and Services may not function if you disable cookies.

Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer’s hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with our Site to, among other things, track the activities of Site visitors, help us manage content, and compile statistics about Site usage. We and our third party service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML e-mails to our customers, to help us track e-mail response rates, identify when our e-mails are viewed, and track whether our e-mails are forwarded.

Third Party Analytics. We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of our Site and, to the extent permitted, our Application. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our Services, performance and user experiences. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies to perform their services. We do not share your personal information with these third parties.

Marketing Choices

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you, about Veev and the Services, and, from time-to-time, about newly constructed Veev homes and offers we think may interest you. You may opt-out of such promotional communications from us by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may still send you e-mails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us. Also, please note that if you take advantage of a third party offer Veev has sent to you, that third party may collect certain information from you, subject to its own privacy policy.

Plug-ins and Social Media Widgets

Our Site may include social media features and widgets, such as the Facebook Like button and the “Share this” button, as well as other interactive mini-programs that run on our Site and Services and enable certain features to work (e.g., blogs and comments). These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly and for other purposes. These features are displayed on our Site, but are hosted by third parties, and are subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.

Links to Other Websites and Social Network Access

Our Sites may provide links to the websites of our Business Partners and other companies which offer products and services that may be of interest to you. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. If you click on the link, you will be transferred to that company’s website, and any personal information you share on that website will be subject to the privacy policy or practices of the website owner and will not be subject to this Privacy Policy. Veev does not have any control over, or responsibility for, the privacy practices or website content of any Business Partner or other unaffiliated company. The use of such websites is at your own risk. Some of our Sites allow you to sign into and associate your social network accounts including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and Pinterest with your Veev account. By using this functionality, you give Veev permission to access all elements of your social network profile information that you have made available to be shared publicly, and to use that information in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the privacy settings in your social network for information about what data is shared with us and other connected websites and applications and how to manage the data shared through your account, including information about your activities using our Sites. If you would like to disconnect a social media account from Veev, refer to the settings of the media platform.

Security of My Personal Information

We have implemented safeguards to protect the information we collect. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

Requests about Your Personal Information

If you reside in a state which has specific data privacy laws that apply to Veev, you can make requests about the personal information we collected about you. We will respond to the following requests from residents of states with applicable privacy rights (“Consumer Requests”) as promptly as possible and within any timeframes set by such applicable laws. Request to Know and Access What Personal Information We Collected about You. You can request to know and receive information about the following during the last twelve (12) months:

  • Categories of personal information we collected.
  • Categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.
  • Business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.
  • Categories of personal information sold or exchanged for value with a third-party and categories of such third parties.
  • Categories of personal information disclosed to a third-party for a business purpose and categories of such third parties.
  • Specific pieces of personal information collected about you (except for very sensitive personally identifiable information which we will describe but not transmit). Request to Change or Correct Your Personal Information. You can ask us to correct inaccurate information and we may consider relevant circumstances to confirm accuracy of the changes you request:
  • The nature of the personal information (e.g., whether it is objective, subjective, unstructured, sensitive, etc.).
  • How we obtained the information.
  • Any documentation relating to the accuracy of the information.

You can update or correct the information by contacting Veev at Hello@Veev.com or at +1(650)292-0752. Request to Delete Personal Information. In considering a request to delete personal information we will take into account our reasons for keeping that information and the statutory standards and exclusions that apply to deletion requests. We will not delete personal information if it is necessary to complete a transaction, is reasonably used for an ongoing business relationship, is retained for legal purposes, or is used in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information. Once we receive and verify your request, we will separately confirm your request and follow appropriate procedures to verify the identity and authority of the person submitting the request. If your request to delete information is confirmed and verified, we will delete (and direct our service providers and contractors to delete) all or part of the requested personal information from our (and their) records, unless an exclusion applies. If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your request, we will let you know why (for example, if we have a permitted reason to retain certain information if the identity of the requesting person cannot be verified). For technical reasons and to maintain anonymous business statistics, we may de-identify personal information rather than erase it completely from our systems. We do not delete or de-identify job applicant information except where required by law. Request to Opt-Out from Selling or Sharing Personal Information. Regardless of your state of residency, you can direct us not to sell your personal information to others. You can “opt-out” on our Communication Preferences webpage or by contacting us as explained in “How to Contact Us.” Request to Opt-Out of Sharing Personal Information for Targeted Advertising. We may use targeted online advertising in which ads are presented to you are based on data about your online activities collected by ad networks or social media over time and across nonaffiliated websites or online applications to predict your preferences or interests. You can “opt-out” of having your personal information collected on our Sites used for targeted advertising. See our Communication Preferences site or by contact us as explained in “How to Contact Us.” How to Submit and How We Verify a Request. You may submit a Consumer Request using any of the ways explained in “How to Contact Us.”Please note that to verify certain requests we may need to verify your identity by confirming information we have on file for you, including email address, phone number, full name, address and other personal information. If you make a request on behalf of someone else, we will need to verify your authority to make that request. We reserve the right to deny a consumer request if the identity or authority of the requesting party cannot be confirmed. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information. We may require written proof of the agent’s permission to make a request on your behalf, and we may need to verify your identity directly. How We Respond to Consumer Requests. We will confirm receipt of your Request to Know Request to Delete or Request to Correct within ten (10) business days and may request additional information necessary to verify that you are authorized to make the request. We will respond to any verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) calendar days of receiving it, subject to delays and exclusions as permitted by law. If we require more time to respond, we will let you know the reason and the extension period in writing. We will respond using the email address or U.S. Postal address you provide to us when making the request. If we cannot comply with all or part of your request, we will explain the reasons why. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. We will not discriminate against you if you make a request about your personal information.

Personal Information of Children

The Sites are not intended for, and Veev does not knowingly collect or sell personal information from, children under 16 years of age without appropriate parent or other consent. If we learn that personal information from individuals under 16 years of age has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete that information from our records. If you become aware of any personal information we have collected from children under age 16, please contact us as explained in “How to Contact Us.”

If we make any changes to this Policy that materially affect our practices with regard to the personal information we have previously collected from you, we will endeavor to provide you with notice in advance of such change by highlighting the change on our Site.

California Residents

This policy explains the rights of California residents regarding the collection, use, sale, and sharing of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA). We may update and make changes to this policy, so we encourage you to review it periodically.

Sensitive Personal Information

We may collect information defined as “sensitive personal information” under California law, such as precise geolocation. We do not use or disclose this information for any purpose other than those permitted under the CPRA. You may limit our use of this information by visiting our privacy preferences page.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Criteria used to determine retention periods include the nature of the data, our legal obligations, and whether the data is necessary for dispute resolution or business operations.

California Residents: Your California Privacy Rights

In addition to the options listed in the section “Requests about Your Personal Information,” California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Rights Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together, the “CCPA”). This section applies only to personal information collected by Veev about California residents and their households. This section applies to California residents who are applicants for positions with Veev. It does not cover our current or former Veev associates whose personal information is covered in a separate privacy policy. Your Rights under the CCPA California residents have the rights under the CCPA summarized below. You may exercise any of these rights by making a Consumer Request as explained in the section called, “Requests about Your Personal Information.” We will respond as explained in the section called, “Requests about Your Personal Information—How We Respond to Consumer Requests.”

  • Right to deletion of your personal information: You have the right to request us to delete any of your personal information that we collected from you, subject to the exceptions provided in the CCPA.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information: You have the right to request us to correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain of you, subject to the exceptions provided in the CCPA.
  • Right to know and access your personal information collected by us: You have the right to request us to disclose to you the categories of personal information we collect about you; the categories of sources from which we collect your personal information from; the business or commercial purpose for which we collect your personal information; the categories of third parties to whom we disclose your personal information; and the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • Right to know what personal information is sold or shared for targeted advertising purposes: You have the right to request us to disclose to you the categories of your personal information that we sold or shared for targeted advertising.
  • Right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information or sharing personal information for targeted advertising: You have the right, at any time, to direct us not to sell your personal information or share your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
  • Right to limit use and disclosure of Sensitive Information: You have the right to limit how we use your sensitive information. We will only use your Sensitive Information for the purpose disclosed to you at the time we asked you to provide it. We will request your express consent, before using your Sensitive Information for any other purpose.
  • Right to not be discriminated against following exercising the right to opt-out or exercise other rights: We will not retaliate against you for exercising any of your rights.

Exercising your CCPA Rights To learn more about the how to exercise any of your CCPA rights, please see “Requests About Your Personal Information- How to Submit and How We Verify a Consumer Request.” Please note that you may only submit a request to know twice within a twelve (12) month period. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We are legally required to verify your identity before we can fulfil your or your authorized agent request to know what personal information we collected about you, or what personal information we sold or shared with our Business Partners. We also must verify your identity to fulfill your request to delete or correct your personal information. Financial Incentive Programs We may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the California law to encourage consumers to provide personal information. These incentives may result in different prices, rates, or quality levels of products or services if reasonably related to the value of your personal information and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time. California Rights under “Shine the Light” Law California residents may request a list of the types of customer information we provided to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we have shared such information during the past calendar year. We will provide the information to you free of charge within 30 days of your request. To request that we provide you with such information, please send a written request to privacyinfo@Veev.com . Within thirty (30) days of receiving your request, we will provide you with the information at the address you designate in your request, which may be an email address or physical address.

Texas Residents: Your Texas Privacy Rights

In addition to the options listed in the section “Requests about Your Personal Information,” residents of Texas have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act of 2024 (“TDPSA”). This section applies only to personal information collected by Veev about consumers who are Texas residents.

  • Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: Texas residents may to opt out of having their information used by third-party ad servers to provide targeted advertising. See section on “How You Can Restrict Cookies and Targeted Advertising” to learn more.
  • Opt-Out of Profiling. Texas residents have the right to opt out of the processing of the personal data for the purpose of profiling in furtherance of a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect. Under TDPSA, “Profiling” means automated decision-making that uses your personal information to analyze or predict your economic situation, health, personal preferences, and other behaviors. If a situation arises in which Veev or a Veev Affiliate expects to use profiling in a way that would have a legal or other significant effect, an opportunity to opt-out will be provided in advance.
  • Request to Transmit Data. Texas residents have the right to request, if technically feasible, to have your data transferred to a portable readily usable format so that you may transmit the data to someone else.
  • Designate an Authorized Agent. Texas residents can use a global setting such as the Global Privacy Center, an Internet browser setting, or other authorized agent or process to exercise a right to opt-out or submit a personal information request. We may require the agent to provide verification of their authority.
  • Consent to use or disclosure of Sensitive Information. We will only use your Sensitive Information for the purpose disclosed to you at the time we asked you to provide it. We will request your express consent before using your Sensitive Information for any other purpose.
  • Exercising your TDPSA Rights. To learn more about how to exercise your TDPSA rights, please see the section “Requests About Your Personal Information- How to Submit and How We Verify a Consumer Request.” We are legally required to verify your identity before we can fulfil your or your authorized agent’s request. We reserve the right to decline to consider repeated requests from a consumer in accordance with TDPSA.
  • Right to Appeal. If we deny all or part of your request, you may appeal by contacting us as described in “How to Contact Us.” We will review and respond to your appeal within 60 days from the day we receive the request for appeal, explaining the reason for the decision on appeal. If your request is denied on appeal, you have the right to pursue recourse with the Texas Attorney General’s Office here.

For Canadian, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Other International Residents

  • Veev builds single-family homes in the United States and we follow the privacy and consumer protection laws of the United States and its individual states. If you reside or are located in a different country, the data protection laws of that country may differ as to how, your personal information is protected. We want you to understand that when you provide your personal information to us, or we obtain your information through our Sites or other communications with us, you are giving us your express consent to transfer your personal information to, and process your personal information in, the United States, subject to U.S. laws and the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please direct your requests and questions about our privacy practices as explained in “How to Contact Us.” We may require verification of your identity before acting on a request.
