- Light-Gauge Steel Framing: A look into how steel provides superior strength, zero rot, and high resistance to pests and fire compared to traditional lumber.
- Closed-Wall Panel: An x-ray perspective on how mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are seamlessly integrated into fully closed panels right on the factory floor, ensuring meticulous quality control.
- Precision Engineering: How these components are delivered to the homesite and assembled with flawless accuracy in a fraction of the time of traditional builds.
For students studying vocational and occupational trades, seeing the intersection of software, engineering, and physical construction provided a tangible look at where the jobs of tomorrow are heading.
