Renovated and operated ~200 residential units and began buying multi-family properties in Solano, Sacramento, and Fresno.
Managed ~1200 units with a focus on new development of high-end single family and multi-family homes, including a 406-unit complex.
Concentrated new development in San Francisco and San Carlos, finding new ways to improve the building process with each project, always with the customer in mind.
Became our own general contractor and further developed construction innovation and modular fabrication capabilities. Created R&D labs and began the development of the Veev System.
Received first round of capital investment. Developed the first digital home concept with a low-voltage solution and introduced new materials and concepts for multi-family buildings.
Continued to refine the Veev system, becoming the first closed wall certified in California – including prefab waterproofing, insulation and exterior thermal breaking.
Implemented first Digital Twin design furthering design automation capabilities, data and overall build efficiency.
Launched an Accessory Dwelling Unit business capitalizing on Veev System best practices.
Built ~17,000 Sq Ft of emergency response housing for the city of San Jose in a record breaking 90 day window.
Closed a Series B investment and signed our first commercial design-build contract with a major developer for over 1M SqFt.

Currently automating our factory for ultimate scalability and effectiveness with focus on our software development to improve our data analytics, life cycle and output.
